Mixed feelings about this

The location was good! Also, the room was very clean and comfortable for our needs.

We had issues with housekeeping—no clean towels for days, and the front desk service was inconsistent.

Clean rooms and comfy beds, but slow service for towels at times.

Check-in at the Holiday Inn was super quick and easy. The staff greeted me warmly, making the process smooth. I was pleasantly surprised to find out I had a spacious two-room suite. Having separate areas for living and sleeping felt comfortable. I appreciated the plentiful electrical outlets throughout the room. However, the air conditioning struggled to cool the space, which was disappointing, especially with the Florida heat. The shower setup required stepping into the tub to turn it on, which felt inconvenient. Maintenance did respond to my concerns about the shower, but it would've been nice if the issues were resolved more swiftly. Overall, the room was clean and well-kept, although I did notice some peeling paint above the shower. The location was great, with easy access to nearby parks and restaurants. All in all, it could use a bit more attention to detail in maintenance and room functionality for the price I paid.

i recently stayed for 4 nights and holiday inn exceeded my expectations. the suite was stunning with a separate living area and two tvs, making it perfect for relaxation. everything was sparkling clean and the staff were friendly and helpful.

the hot tub jets didn’t work.

i enjoyed my stay at holiday inn! the tropical pool and tiki bar were perfect for relaxing. our room was clean and spacious, with a cozy bedroom and a nice sitting area. the staff was generally friendly, especially the lovely housekeeper who resolved our request for fresh towels quickly.

the breakfast could definitely use some improvement.

The front desk staff were really helpful when we asked for an extra set of towels, like they genuinely cared. Also, the room had a nice living area, which my son loved playing in with his cars.

It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but still, I would say it was acceptable for what we got.

Rooms are spacious with a comfy sofa bed, kitchenette, and private bathroom. Daily housekeeping kept everything spotless. Friendly staff went out of their way to help. Breakfast included made-to-order omelets and fresh cookies at check-in. The pool area is lively with a Tiki bar nearby offering drinks and snacks. Very convenient location near restaurants and parks.
